Flyology

At the age of 12, Ada Lovelace, the world’s first computer programmer, set about designing a flying machine. She based it on the mechanics of bird flight and wrote a book about her findings, called Flyology. Celebrating Ada Lovelace, ahead of International Day of the Girl and Ada Lovelace Day, 1st Greenhill Rainbows created some colourful wings.
